Drug & Alcohol Consortium

A DOT-compliant Part 382 program for carriers who'd rather not become an expert in drug testing regulations. We run the random pool, you keep driving.

What's Included

Everything 49 CFR Part 382 requires — in one program.

  • Random selection pool — drivers pooled for statistical validity, 50% drug rate, 10% alcohol
  • Quarterly random draws — drivers selected, notifications sent, testing scheduled
  • Pre-employment testing — routed to the nearest DOT-certified collection site
  • Post-accident testing — coordinated within Part 382.303 windows (8h alcohol / 32h drug)
  • Reasonable suspicion testing — supervisor referral support
  • Return-to-duty & follow-up — SAP referrals and monitoring
  • MRO verification — every positive reviewed by a qualified Medical Review Officer
  • Clearinghouse reporting — all violations posted to FMCSA Clearinghouse on your behalf
  • Compliance documentation — written policy, DER designation, supervisor training
  • 4,000+ collection sites nationwide — drivers test wherever they are
